An employer-funded retirement benefit where the company sets aside money toward your pension.

A superannuation fund is a retirement benefit some employers offer, contributing a percentage of your salary into a fund.

At retirement, it can be partly withdrawn and partly used to provide a pension, depending on the plan.

It is less common than EPF and varies widely by employer, so check whether yours offers it.
